Yeah, Brad-it's cool that you've found Indian food palatable. Everyone we attempt to introduce to it pretty much hates us for it. I wish we could teach you to cook it, but we suck pretty bad at it. I do know a little Hindi, and can read the Devanagari alphabet pretty well.
